Inspiration File – Exposed Brick

I love brick – the texture, the variation in hues, the aged feel of it, the rusticness.  I dream of having a home with an exposed brick wall.  Here are some of my favorite examples of the stunning power of brick.

love it, too, though wouldn’t have thought of it on ceiling or in bedroom. Loved our white brick in kitchen in Lubbock……love our brick in kitchen now. How was walk???

I like the spiral staircase and the last one (the bedroom with the black-and-white). That one is very me!

Brick adds great, rich character to any room. I’ve even had the very old crumbling kind in one townhouse in D.C. Still loved it!! Can’t decide about the ceiling. Don’t think I would go there, even if I could afford it. Good selection of ideas…

Just want to say what a great blog you got here!
I’ve been around for quite a lot of time, but finally decided to show my appreciation of your work!

Thumbs up, and keep it going!

    Cheers
